Turn change into an experience with our workshops
Peer groups for the new business model
MORGEN brings together managing directors and decision-makers in peer groups so that they can work together on the business model. The groups advise each other in themed workshops in order to develop a viable business model. These workshops are structured by MORGEN structured and are moderated by MORGEN moderated. They are based on impulse questions and case studies as well as discussion rounds.
What MORGEN offers deals with topics at a very high level. It makes sense for managers to participate in order to find their own inspiration on the one hand and to better understand why employee A prefers a certain action or decision on the other.
Experience real change
With the MORGEN change becomes a shared experience. In a peer group, entrepreneurs exchange ideas, learn from each other and shape change with passion and fun. This not only creates innovative business models, but also strong connections.
Start the evening before
You will arrive at the workshop the evening before so that you can relax and recover from the journey. Before we turn our attention to the technical topics, the focus is on getting to know each other and bringing the group together on a personal level.
The get-together is friendly and without any fear of contact. The concept allows you to make contact very quickly.
Dinner together
Each workshop starts with a joint dinner the evening before. In this relaxed atmosphere, discussions deepen, obstacles are overcome and often the first problems are already addressed.
I was the only one wearing a tie. It was a very informal meeting and very relaxed. It wasn't just about the content of the workshop, but also about many other topics.
Round off the evening at the bar
We round off the evening together at the bar. Because as we always say: "Magic happens at the bar."
A very relaxed and collegial atmosphere. By chance I ran into an old ex-colleague again - we were able to relive old times at the bar. Simply great!
Alone in the pool or with breakfast together
The start of the day in the pool or at breakfast together continues the relaxed atmosphere of the previous evening. Over breakfast, we subtly collect topics, success stories and challenges that will be addressed later in the workshop.
I like to jump morgens like to jump into the pool again to clear my head. I then identify other relevant topics over breakfast afterwards.
9:00 - The workshop starts with an activation
At 9:00 a.m., each workshop starts directly with real work through an activation. Thanks to the previous evening, we no longer have to introduce ourselves personally, but can get straight into work mode.
The beginning was unique. I've never experienced it like that before. We started directly with the customer before talking about who we are and what we do. It was great fun, almost like a little quiz, and a really innovative introduction, as the workshop was about precisely this topic.
Discussion in the round - learning from each other
The topics are discussed together in the peer group. We share successes, problems and real solutions from different industries and companies so that we can continuously learn and benefit from each other.
What I take with me today is the elementary topic of a company. The input was so valuable as it helped me to question myself and gain new perspectives.
Impulses enrich the workshop
Impulses and success stories from past workshops or our clientele constantly enrich our workshop. They offer an additional perspective, promote discussion about different approaches and often pose questions that specifically address critical points.
Jonas is not just a moderator; he also brings in his own topics and content and thus complements what is contributed by the participants.
