What if you could follow your own vision for the future?
What if you didn't have to pay attention to anything, didn't have to look left and right or to the reservations of your stakeholders? The future would consist solely of your vision and you would certainly be right: what would it look like?
MORGEN Impuls
Jede Woche eine Frage rund um die Themen Geschäftsmodell , Nachhaltigkeit , Pricing , Wert oder Kundenfokus.
Explanation
I would focus much more on sustainability from a social and ecological point of view. While securing the future is currently the primary focus for many companies, I believe that ecological sustainability could be the competitive advantage or a niche of the future. The focus would therefore not be on resilience but on finding the most regenerative business model in order to market the positive environmental balance as a surplus (e.g. through certificates).
Follow-up questions
Why can't I do this? How do I come to this assumption? What would have to happen for me to follow this vision? Can I incorporate parts (cherry-picking) of my vision into the corporate strategy?
What place does your company have in the world of TOMORROW?
MORGEN helps managing directors with the right questions to transform their companies.
